In order to show some love to the independent contractors that work on behalf of the Council for Professional Recognition, I asked the Council’s CEO, Dr. Calvin Moore, Jr., to record a “love letter” to the Professional Development Specialists (PDS). This was our message for Valentine’s Day 2023.
